When you sign up via PayPal, many people using recurring subscriptions. If you were charged without knowing, this is one likely cause. Please remember that this is something that you setup and as such, failure to cancel a recurring subscription will not be eligible for refund.
When you pay via Credit Card, it is kept on file and charged automatically on your due date.
If you believe your PayPal or Credit Card has been stolen, please submit a ticket to the SALES department ASAP!
