To cancel your account, do not submit a ticket. If you submit a ticket, you will be referenced to this page to follow the instructions below.
Simply login to the client area and do the following:
- Ensure you are LOGGED INTO the Client Area
- Click on Services Tab. From the drop-down, choose My Services.
- Click on the status on the service you would like to cancel.
- On the right hand side under the “Actions” menu, choose Request Cancellation
- Enter the reason for cancellation & select the Cancellation Type (Immediate or the end of the billing cycle)
- Note: Choosing an immediate cancellation will not result in any refund, unless you are within the 30 day window and request a refund.
- You’re Done!
HEY PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION USERS! If you use a PayPal subscription, it may be automatically cancelled. You must cancel this to ensure that you are not additionally charged. Additional charges as a result of not cancelling a PayPal subscription are not eligible for a refund.
