To unsuspend your account, you should do the following:
Web Hosting:
- Check to see if you have abused the amount of disk space allotted.
- Check to see if you have abused the amount of bandwidth allotted.
- Check the Client Area to see if you have any invoices that are overdue.
- If there is an overdue invoice pay it, and your account will be unsuspended automatically.
- If you click ‘Add Funds’ this does not pay the invoices automatically. You must pay the invoice still, except the system will take the funds that are on file.
- Check with the Billing Department to see if you have violated any TOS issues. Normally, you are notified regarding this, so please check your email.
Streaming Services:
- Check to see if you have abused the amount of disk space allotted for Auto-DJ.
- Check to see if you have abused the bitrate you are paying for (ie. streaming 128kbps on a 64kbps stream).
- Check the Client Area to see if you have any invoices that are overdue.
- If there is an overdue invoice pay it, and your account will be unsuspended automatically.
- If you click ‘Add Funds’ this does not pay the invoices automatically. You must pay the invoice still, except the system will take the funds that are on file.
- Check with the Billing Department to see if you have violated any TOS issues. Normally, you are notified regarding this, so please check your email.
Note: If your streaming service was suspended, you may have to login to the Media Control Panel to re-start it after a suspension.
