Yes. The username is automatically generated using your first and last name or the company name specified when signing up. This seems to be the most simple way to generate usernames and it allows people to remember them easily.
We can change your username name for a nominal administrative fee of $10.00. Clients may change their username a total of 1 (one) time. Please note that changing your username will remove all statistics and reset your account. Anything you had setup previously will be lost.
