Help! I can’t upload a file to Auto-DJ! Print

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to upload a file to the Auto-DJ area.

  1. You have exceeded your upload limit. NOTE: All accounts come with 500MB of Free Auto-DJ space.  If you would like to add more space, please submit a Sales Department Ticket and we will glady assist you.
  2. You are trying to upload a file via browser that is larger that 20MB.  NOTE: Stream101 recommends that any file over 2MB be uploaded via FTP.
  3. FTP Connection Issue: You are trying to connect to your Streaming Service Port number instead of port 21, the FTP port as documented.
