We're excited to inform you of a new security protocol that effects all cPanel/WHM users. Prior to yesterday, all cpanel users generally chose an unsecure port (2082, 2086, 2095, etc) to manage their websites, webmail, and reseller account. A collective decsison was made between the owner of Stream101 and the Operations Supervisor that now secures all cPanel related traffic. We've installed SSL certificates on all of our Hosting servers.
What do I have to do? Nothing!
Nothing that you do will change as all traffic will now automatically be routed over the secure pathway. You will notice the Lock in the corner of your browser indicating that you are now secure.
As our streaming customers may recall, with our last upgrade to the streaming service control panel, we have also made that area secure. It is just another step that we are taking to ensure your security and privacy are the highest priority!
