Hello Clients,

Stream101 wanted to make you aware of some changes and upgrades that we have performed, or are going to perform.

Broadcasting World

Last year, Stream101 was awarded with the Broadcasting World's Best Uptime of 2008 Award.  We encourage all of our clients to go to www.broadcastingworld.net, Register for the forums, and post your comments about Stream101.  We do not want you to just post your reviews and comments of Stream101 (although we would love to see that), but we want to make you aware of a great place that you can learn how to better your radio station.  Visit www.broadcastingworld.net and 'snoop' around.  At Broadcasting World, you can list your station for free as well!  When you are at Broadcasting World and a registered member, visit Stream101's review page (you can also get coupon codes there as this is one of the only places that we post coupons,

Support Changes

Stream101 has made many changes over the past week regarding the Support Department.  Some of the changes include:

  • New Support Hours: 9AM-8PM Eastern Standard Time
  • Redesigned Support Area: Some changes have been made to the Client/Support Area to provide an easier way of getting support
  • Phone Systems: Listen to comfortable on-hold music while being transfered to a support/sales tech
  • Support Tickets: We are now requireing all support tickets to be submitted by logging in to the Client Area.  This will allow us to better assist OUR clients, and not clients of other companies who refuse support.  You can NO LONGER request support via email directly (unless replying to a ticket, etc.).

Future Changes/Upgrades

  • Google Map On Your Website: The ability to display the Google Listener Map onto your own website
  • Pop-Up Player Customization: Ability to choose from a variety of Pop-Up Player skins, customize fonts, logos, etc.
