Emergency Maintenance

Affecting: All Clients on our network

When: Noon (eastern) 11/08/10 - 3:00AM (eastern) 11/09/10

What:

A networking switch containing one of our primary fiber connections experienced a critical error.  The failsafe that was supposed to indicate an error did not alert us in a timely manner.  This forced all of our traffic to go down a standard 1 GBPS connection versus a fiber connection.  During this time, you may have experienced additional latency and/or slow connections to the server.

Result: Everything damaged has been replaced.

Additional Info: All clients have been issued a certificate good for 10% off of any new order.*

 

* Not valid for upgrades or replacements of service.
